Big, bold, and built to last. The Giant Haasi (Porcellio haasi) is a large bodied isopod native to Spain, reaching about 20 to 30mm as an adult, noticeably bigger than most Porcellio kept in the hobby. Their size makes them easy to spot and enjoy across a bioactive floor.
Haasi are a semi-arid species that prefer a drier setup with good ventilation. Keep the enclosure around 68 to 78F and 45 to 65% humidity, with a dry-leaning substrate and plenty of calcium on hand.
