Inside your order
What you’re getting
Know the product format, compare the selected option and prepare for what arrives. Each listing has its own contents; the category is a guide, not one combined package.
Read the stated weight, volume, piece count or container size and select the matching option. Check the ingredients or material composition where provided, the intended organism, and any preparation or storage directions. Do not treat a volume measurement as a weight.
Choose the item for its stated purpose and your existing care routine. A supplement is not automatically a complete diet, and a culture medium is not automatically a live culture. Ask about any unclear contents before ordering.
The selected option determines the product price and exact contents. If a quantity or component is unclear, ask us before ordering. Confirm eligible free shipping for your address at checkout.
Habitat materials
Compare the listed composition and volume with your setup. Similar-looking substrates can have different ingredients and intended uses.
Culture media
Confirm the organism the medium is intended for, its preparation instructions and whether live animals are included. Media and a live culture are different purchases.
Foods and nutrition products
Use the product’s stated species and feeding directions. A supplemental food should not be assumed to replace every part of a species-appropriate diet.
A practical path to the right listing
Why buy supplies separately?
Refills let you replace what has been used without buying animals or equipment you already have. Comparing the amount and intended use helps avoid choosing a product that only looks similar to the one you need.
Shop for the job you need done. Match the listing to your project and the setup you can maintain.
Review the exact species, size, count or volume and every included component. Different options may have different prices and contents.
Read ingredients, pack size, storage guidance and any preparation steps. Confirm whether the amount is a weight, a volume or a count before comparing prices. Check the delivery destination and shipping total before paying.

Questions about this collection
Choose the right supplies & nutrition for your plans. The selected product page is the source for exact contents, price and availability.
How does free shipping apply?
Free shipping applies only to eligible offers explicitly labeled Free Shipping, not every product in the store. Confirm a $0 shipping charge for the eligible item and your delivery address at checkout. Other items, services or destinations may have different terms. If a shipping charge appears unexpectedly, contact us before paying; do not assume it will be refunded.
What should I check before ordering?
Read ingredients, pack size, storage guidance and any preparation steps. Confirm whether the amount is a weight, a volume or a count before comparing prices.
Is everything shown in the artwork included?
No. Category hero artwork illustrates the keeping theme, not an exact package or guaranteed contents. Only animals, quantities, containers and supplies expressly listed for your selected option are included.
