Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:

Payment-card information is processed by Shopify and applicable payment providers. Isopod King does not ask you to send full card numbers, passwords, or similarly sensitive credentials through the contact form.

Sources of information

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the Services and cookies or similar technologies, from Shopify and service providers acting for us, and from partners or other third parties when permitted by law.

• Personalize and improve the store, products, and customer experience.

How information is disclosed

We may disclose personal information to Shopify; payment, shipping, analytics, marketing, customer-support, hosting, and technology providers; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; and parties involved in a business transaction. We may also disclose information when you direct or consent to the disclosure.

These providers receive information only as needed for their role and process it under their own terms or agreements with us.

Shopify’s role

Shopify hosts the Services and processes information about your use of the store so it can provide and improve its platform. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Cookies, analytics & advertising

We and our partners, including Shopify, may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand performance, prevent fraud, personalize experiences, and—where permitted—support advertising. Available consent and opt-out controls vary by location and store configuration.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising uses. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Submit a request through the Isopod King contact form and begin the message with “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where applicable, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Security & retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the Services. No system or transmission method is perfectly secure, so do not send sensitive or confidential information through unsecured channels. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Children’s information

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. A parent or guardian may use the contact form to request deletion of information submitted by a child.

Third-party links & international processing

Links to third-party sites are governed by those parties’ privacy and security practices. Service providers may process information outside your state, province, or country, where privacy laws may differ.

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated date.
