A shield of silver. Silver Back (Porcellio werneri) is native to Greece and reaches about 20 to 30mm as an adult, with a metallic silver sheen across its back that catches the light as it moves. It is one of the more visually striking Porcellio from the Mediterranean region.
This is a semi-arid species suited to experienced Keepers. Keep the enclosure around 68 to 78F and 45 to 65% humidity, with a dry-leaning substrate and very generous calcium supplementation.
