The Diplocentrus spitzeri, commonly known as the Ruby Rock Scorpion, is a desert species for keepers interested in expanding their scorpion collection beyond the familiar hobby staples. Its desert habitat makes it a fitting choice for collectors who enjoy building naturalistic arid displays.

A desert-themed enclosure offers the opportunity to create a striking display with earthy substrate, rock accents, and sheltered retreats. Keep decorative rocks stable and secure, and confirm the species-specific substrate, moisture, and temperature requirements before finalizing the setup. Enjoy this scorpion through observation rather than handling.
